Barossa Valley Estate
Rosé 2025
“Light, bright, aromatic and always fresh with intense, generous fruit-forward flavours.”
Along the foothills of the Barossa Valley, a tapestry of ancient red friable clay soils combines with a warm and dry climate to create a unique environment for vines to develop fruit that has a vibrancy and depth of flavour like nowhere else on earth. From the very beginning, our viticultural practices nurture the sustainable health of the vine that moderates vine vigour and yield, and produces small berries of intense flavour and distinctive varietal character.

Barossa Valley
Growing Season
The 2025 growing season in the Barossa Valley was marked by exceptionally dry conditions across winter, spring, and summer, accompanied by warmer-than-usual temperatures leading up to harvest. Thanks to meticulous vineyard management and the strategic use of supplementary irrigation, ideal conditions were created for red wine grape development. The grapes were picked at optimal ripeness, showcasing vibrant colour and flavour. The resulting wines exhibit remarkable varietal intensity and character, making the 2025 vintage a standout for quality and expression.

Winemaking
“Our philosophy is to capture the distinctive elegance, finesse and vibrant fruit flavours of the Barossa Valley.”
It starts with picking the grapes at ripeness levels that give the wine a freshness of fruit and natural balance of flavour. Modern winemaking techniques allow us to carefully control fermentation while retaining the delicate fruit characters, producing a crisp elegant and refreshing wine.
